No. I build and maintain the workflow and give your team a plain language guide that explains what it does and when to step in.

Is it safe to send our documents through AI?

The assessment classifies your data first. Sensitive material is redacted locally or processed by a self-hosted model, so private details stay under your control.

What tools do you work with?

Common email, accounting, CRM, forms and file storage platforms, plus most systems with an API. I confirm compatibility during the assessment.

How long does a build take?

The timeline is set in the quote. A single focused workflow is often running within a few weeks of approval.

What if the workflow makes a mistake?

Anything that reaches a customer, a payment or a record of consequence passes a review step first, and every correction is logged.
